The Bistro is a restaurant on PVAMU campus that serves a variety of your favorite foods. Our specialty is authentic Louisiana Gumbo, along with favorites like our Creole Chicken Pasta.

The restaurant also features a full-service bar. 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

Monday – Friday: 11:00 am – 5:00 pm

Sunday: 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm

Payments: Panther Bucks and Panther Points are accepted for To-Go orders only (cannot be used to purchase alcohol).
